Brochures
We make no warranty on the accuracy of information contained in our publicity materials and exclude all liabilities for errors or omissions in those materials both printed and online. All information must be checked prior to booking.

Cancellation
In the event, should any of the passengers’ cancel the tour or any arrangement 30 days before departure or event date, 60% of the total cost will be imposed. All cancellations will have to be notified to us in writing.

We will not be responsible for any visa rejection in whatsoever reason given by the Embassies, immigration or any of the official government departments both locally and internationally. Tour cancellation charges will still be applicable under such cancellation.

Amendments (20 days before date of departure/events)
For each amendment made to flight, wheather an extension or deviation such as change of name, hotel extensions or similar amendments after the booking is confirmed will attract an amendment fee of RM80 per person. Such fee incurred will be borne by the passenger, company or organizer.

Reservations
Please furnish us with the following details upon reservation:
• Arrival date, time and flight number.
• Departure date, time and flight number.
• Your tour code.
• Number of passengers, nationality, name as in the passport as well as passport number       (required for all passengers).
• Itinerary with destinations of your arrangement.
• Hotel or Resort your are staying with.
• Tour leader or guide’s name and contact number. Pick up point as well as assignment            schedule.
• Your emergency contact number. Preferably two emergency contacts.

Booking Deadline & Validity
All packages, proposal or quotations are valid within the stipulated period mentioned in the agreement. Any extensions of stay, additional meals or services may require additional cost.

Kindly furnish us with the deposit before the deadline as stated in the contract to avoid any disappointments and to secure any booking arrangements. All arrangement will only be process and confirm once deposits are paid. All deposits are non-refundable.

Payment
We are a service provider to our clienteles and therefore require a letter of guarantee underlining the full payment terms upon confirmation or receipt of acknowledgment and agreement of the contract. The full payment is to be paid within 75 days of the agreement being dated or else it will consider as non-valid.

We have the right not to confirm or process any booking arrangement should no payment is being given after its mentioned deadline.

Kindly email the bank-in slip or payment reference to accounts@asiaitinerary.com. Please furnish us with the tour name, tour code, destination and departure date.

Payment through PayPal will attract an additional 3.9% of the total payment cost in addition to a service charge of USD 5.00 per transaction.

We will confirm and process all arrangement as confirmed in the agreement once all cheque, telegraphic transfer, wire, swift transfer payment are cleared. Additional transfer charges imposed by the bank will be the responsibility of the passenger, company or organizer.

Travel Documents
Each person will have to be responsible for having a valid passport or travel documents required by all relevant government or private authorities both local and international at all times. This should be valid for at least seven months from the date of departure.

Familiarization Trip (FAM Trip)
FAM trip is not a compulsory inclusion or service in any of our tour, travel or event arrangement.

Unutilized Services
No refund will be made in respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services which are included in the tour or agreed fare, price or cost if not utilized.

Travel Insurance, Safety & Responsibility
All agreed arrangement does not include insurance otherwise mentioned in our contract, agreement or proposal. We strongly recommend all our clienteles to purchase a travel and tour insurance coverage for any unforeseen losses, incidents or circumstances. We will not be under and liability should there be no insurance coverage purchase in the event of such circumstances.

We and our associates act only as agent for transportation, hotel arrangement and all other principles eg ticketing, vouchers or documents which assumes no responsibility to any injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may cause to a person or property.

All arrangements are subjected to the standard condition of the ground handler or service provider. The transportation company or firm shall also be exempted from all liabilities on all unforeseen losses, incidents or circumstances.

Arrival and Departure Time
The time of arrival at starting, stop, destination or return point of origin is not or will not be guaranteed. Service provided by drivers are carefully selected and have been instructed to drive at a speed within the limit prescribed by the law and compatible with safety at all times.

Unusual road, traffic, weather or any other external factors which are beyond our control will not be our responsibility including late arrival due to flight delays. Such circumstances are not grounds for any compensation or cancellation.

Guaranteed Meal Consumption
Hotel, restaurant or any appointed service providers are obliged to charge the minimum guaranteed number of person in the event that the actual meal consumption is less than the guaranteed number as agreed in the contract. Should there be additional number of person more than the guaranteed number, the hotel, restaurant or any appointed service provider has the right to charge the actual consumption based on the number of person.

Objectionable Person
The driver or its service providers at any time reserved the right to refuse or dismiss any person found under the influence of alcohol, drugs, conduct offensive act to or incompatible with the comfort of other people, passenger or public or who are likely to threaten or distract the safety and comfort of others.

Seating Arrangement
We and our associates will always provide vehicles with the number of seat arrangement as agreed in the contract and reserved the right to reject or collect additional payment from any additional passengers. Seating capacity is strictly based on the guidelines of the vehicle’s permit set of by local authorities and will not be compromised at all times.

Sub-Contract
We reserved the right to sub-contract any assignments to our trusted and reputable third party associates which has been carefully selected under the laws of both local and international.

Special Conditions and Attention
Clients below 21 years of age who are travelling alone are required to provide us with a written consent of his/her guardian. We may refuse an application if any of the client’s age, qualifications, skills or other conditions does not conform to those designated for tours aimed at specific categories or purposes.

Clients who require special attention from us during the tour for reason of chronic disease, general ill-health, pregnancy, physical or mental disability shall need to be advised to us upon confirmation of the agreement or contract.

We will comply such request within the extent deemed feasible and reasonable. However, it is the clients full responsibility should there be additional expenses incurred related to such arrangements. We may require medical certifications if necessary and refuse any application if conditions at travel destinations and facilities compromised the safety.

We shall take necessary measures to ensure smooth operation of all tours and travel. All costs resulting from such measures shall be borne by the client, passenger, company or organizer.

Revision of Rates
Rates are valid for entire contract period and subject to changes in the event of price increases in fuel or any other uncontrollable external factors such as toll, entrance fees, tourist guide, luggage, etc.

Prohibited Items
Prohibited items are alcoholic beverages, explosive, fireworks, firearms, fuel and its containers, generators, animals or pets, smoking, wearing of golf shoes, etc that may disrupt the comfort and safety of others.
